Ryan Matherly

Ryan was born in Calhoun, Georgia where he lived until high school, when his family moved to Atlanta and he attended Wesleyan School. He attended Georgia Southern University and graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Communication Arts. Ryan became a Christian in early 2013 and worked as Communications Coordinator for Ronald Blue & Co., a Christian financial planning firm in Roswell, Georgia.

In early 2014, Ryan felt he was being called into ministry. He moved to Rome where he began working part-time with youth and college students at PVN. In August 2015 Ryan became pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary In April 2017 he accepted the call as Minister to Youth and College. With a passion for students, Ryan works to thread the Gospel in to every piece of a teenager’s experience at PVN so that the Kingdom can grow in the Middle School, High School, and Collegiate communities.

He and his wife Kristen have been married since March 2018.
